Open the app → Settings → Delivery. It shows exactly what's wrong and links straight to your phone's battery settings.
I want to delete my account
Settings → Account → Delete account. Removes your cloud data; anything local stays on your device unless you also uninstall.
Sync isn't working
Check you're signed in under Settings → Account, then try Sync now.
